The Carmelo Anthony case demonstrates how legal systems can deliver accountability for criminal actions regardless of the defendant's race, while also revealing how racial narratives can emerge and influence public perception. The 19-year-old Anthony was convicted of murdering Austin Metaf at a school track meet and sentenced to 35 years in prison, with the jury deliberating for only 3 hours. The case sparked discussions about racial bias in the justice system, with some claiming the all-white jury and defense attorney being court-appointed, though the video argues these claims were false. The speaker emphasizes that justice should be based on actions rather than race, and that critical thinking and evidence-based analysis are essential for understanding complex legal cases.

Karmelo Anthony found GUILTY Sentenced to 35 Years in Prison!
Added:So 35 years, the sentence that was just handed down minutes ago for Carmelo Anthony, the 19-year-old who last year killed Austin Metaf in what the jury has said was murder. The jury had uh first consideration was 5 to 99 years in prison. They could they could go anywhere within that range. And then uh later during the sentencing phase, the idea uh in the Texas law of sudden passion came into play for consideration, two to 20 years. And Andrea, it's interesting because uh the guilty verdict came fairly rapidly. It was after 3 hours of deliberation. We had talked earlier this evening about the possibility now of those same jurors now considering the life uh of the 19-year-old convicted of murder, but yet at the same time, Austin Metaf's life matters greatly in all of this, obviously.
>> What's up, guys? Welcome back to the channel. Welcome to another video. So, as you seen in that introduction clip and as you've already seen on the internet, Carmemelllo Anthony has been found guilty and been sentenced to 35 years in prison. That is a long time.
And it's actually what I predicted to be honest with you. I thought it was going to be manslaughter at first. I listened and or I read some of the testimonies that were that were said in in the trial and I was like, you know what, it might be a murder conviction. And that's exactly what it was. So, uh, we're not going to cover exactly what happened. We all know exactly what happened. So, we're going to go over currently what the family is saying. So, that's what we're going to do first. will listen and give some um opportunity for the family to say what they have to say and then we're going to get into the reactions of everybody else uh that has something to say about this story. So, it's it's absolutely ridiculous, guys. So, let's not waste any time. We'll get straight into the video. But beforeh before we do, hit the like button down below.
Really helps the channel out. And of course, if you're brand new, consider hitting subscribe. Let's get into it.
>> See? Okay.
>> Has the process worked?
And today, the process delivered accountability.
We are grateful to this jury, and we are grateful that the good citizens of Colin County had an opportunity to weigh in on this case.
I'm proud of the exceptional work of Bill Worski and our team of prosecutors, DA investigators, and victim advocates, and all the good and outstanding men and women of the Colin County District Attorney's Office. We thank all the parents and their brave kids who did the right thing.
Despite the trauma of witnessing the senseless murder at a school track meet, they cooperated fully and testified truthfully. Their courage was essential to securing justice in this case.
I'm especially honored to be joined here today by Jeff and Megan Metaf and their son Hunter.
Their strength and grace through this has been unimaginable journey has been inspiring.
They won't be taking questions at this time, but their presence here speaks volumes about their commitment to seeking justice for Austin.
I want to thank Judge Rhodess for presiding over this trial with fairness and efficiency. I want to thank Frisco PD for their investigation. I want to thank the Colin County Sheriff's Office led by Sheriff Skinner for providing the security for the courthouse. I want to thank all law enforcement throughout the county for making this a safe trial for everyone.
This verdict sends a clear message.
Violence like this won't be tolerated in our Colin County community and we remain committed to protecting our schools and standing with victims and their families. Thank you.
>> Yeah. So that's pretty much their statement. The family didn't want to speak. They spoke through. I think that's their attorney. But yes, justice has prevailed in Colin County. I live in Colin County where this happened is literally 10 15 minutes away from where I live. Right. This is down the street.
Down the street. So yes, and this is the reason that I live in this county is because they take stuff like this seriously. Very, very seriously. Crime is not tolerated in this area. One of the reasons that I live here, I promise you, I love the safety over here. Um, that's why I moved my family over here.
No, no to Dallas, right? Dallas is not safe. But anyway, um, now, of course, the, uh, so-called, um, spokesperson for the family. Spokesperson for the family.
And, I put that in quotation. You're going to see exactly why here in a second. Um, he's also spoken up. This is uh Dominique Alexander um the president of Next Generation Action Network or basically another pro black grifting platform, right? He's a race hustler and that's exactly what his job is. And listen to his statement. This is absolutely ridiculous. I >> I speak on behalf of myself, Minister Dominique Alexander. Speak on >> You heard that, right? I didn't want to stop it that fast, but that that's how quick this statement or this it just gets ridiculous, right? said, "I'm speaking on behalf of myself." So, he's not speaking on behalf of the family.
He's there grifting for himself and his own organization. Right? This is the so-called spokesperson for the family, right? This is the guy that is at the forefront of speaking up for the family, advocating for the family, but he's speaking up on the on behalf of himself, which basically means the family probably didn't even give him permission to speak up for them, right? So, he's just out there grifting and race hustling off of this case for his own organization.
>> I I speak on the behalf of myself, Minister Dominique Alexander. I speak on the behalf of myself as president of the Next Generation Action Network.
The Next Generation Action Network wanted to respect this process to be able to make sure that nobody said that the Next Generation Action Network instructed this process, interfered in this process. But what this process did is shown that black lives do not matter in Colin County.
>> It showed us that time and time in American history, it has shown us to remove emotions from yet the law. This trial showed that it put emotions over the law.
>> After Trayvon Martin and so many countless names, it has shown us that black life is not safe in Colin County.
ain't coming.
>> It showed us that they did not listen to the law. It showed clearly that a judge interfered in this process.
>> That's right.
>> It showed very clearly that a black boy was allowed not one black soul on a jury. Well, why is that? Ask yourself why. Why was there no black people allowed on this jury? Did you pay attention to the case? Did you hear what the black juries were saying during selections? They all admitted to racial biasness. They said they could not see themselves convicting a black child. You automatically disqualified yourself.
You You disqualified yourself. The only people you have to blame is black people. I'm glad they were honest, right? I'm glad they didn't hide that and went on the jury and, you know, chose not to convict him just because of his race. I'm glad they were actually very honest about that. But that's why you don't have black juries on there.
And that's one of the lies that was told throughout this whole trial. There's no black juries. Or no, well, you're right.
There's no black jury, but it's an all-white jury, right? That was the lie they were telling. It was an all white jury. Well, that's not the case. That's not true.
That's not true at all. They said that the defense attorney was a courtappointed attorney. That's not true. They hired him. He was privately hired attorney. He's not a a court-appointed attorney. The family hired him. And what the what they also failed to realize is that the defense also has a say in picking who is in the jury.
So when the black folks disqualify themselves, the defense and the prosecution chose who was available and they have to agree on it. The defense and the prosecution have to agree on the jury on the on the 12 people that they picked.
So, this whole notion that, oh, it's a non-white jury, like as if he was just thrown into a into a jury pool full of clan members or something, that's not the case. This is a jury of his peers in a county that he lives in. And if you believe that Colin County is racist and it discriminates against black people, just move. Just leave. I would actually love that. We don't want your kind here.
If you are so racially biased that you can't objectively see the truth and you operate your whole life based on race.
Yeah. No, this is not the town for you.
No, it's not. Absolutely not. Go to your segregated town where all the other black folks live. Right? If you don't feel safe in Colin County, leave us lawabiding black folks that are not scared of law enforcement. Leave us alone in our county, in our safe county, in our low crime county. We don't want your kind over here. We want lawabiding black folks. All of you [ __ ] can go somewhere else. Go somewhere else. In this video, I'm telling you right now, I'm going give you a fair warning. I'm not going to hold back. So, if you easily get offended, if you don't like what I say or what you see me post online and whatever else, yeah, just click off right now. Just go ahead and leave the video right now because I'm not going to hold back because I am sick of this. I'm sick and tired of this. I'm tired of the lies. I'm tired of the [ __ ] I'm tired of the division that is created by people like this guy. This guy right here is one of the main reasons that this case turned racial.
He is the main culprit. if he had left this alone and didn't take it to national media or local media and and and turned this racial after the dad gave a speech saying this doesn't have anything to do with race.
You came out and made it about race and this is where we at right now.
Absolutely incredible. These people are disgusting. I'm going to go deeper into uh later on. I'm telling you, there's two types of people that are involved in this situation. I'm going explain to you in a second.
An all white jury convicted him in two to three hours.
>> An all-white jury. He's involved in the case. He knows it's not an all-white jury, but he's still saying it's a all-white jury.
Wow. These people have no shame. These people have no shame whatsoever.
Whatsoever. Let's keep going.
>> We know that they did not prove their case.
>> They are currently sentencing Carmelo Anthony, but we know that the Next Generation Action Network put the first $10,000 towards an appellet attorney, >> and we will fight Colin County like hell. Yeah, >> I respected this process.
>> I allowed and called for peace in this process.
>> That's how we all believe.
>> But black America should be very upset about what went on today.
>> We are.
>> Now, before all of the internet lawyers and before all of the interpretation of the situation, >> I'm only an advocacy leader. I'm not an attorney. I can only help families be able to navigate these processes when they find themselves in this type of situation.
Wow. Absolutely incredible. Yeah, he's going to be there when he finds black families in these types of situations that he can grift off of and make thousands of dollars off of you and your skin color. I guarantee you he'll be there. He's right about that. He's right about that. But every single thing before we watch these these monkeys chimp the [ __ ] out because that's what these people are. These are monkeys. Low IQ monkeys. Tribalism, right? Racial tribalism is the same thing as animalistic tribalism. You ever notice an animal like a dog in the street, it's a pack of animals, a pack of dogs in the street, and they get confronted by another animal or or they get into it with another animal, but the aggressor was the dog. But all of them pack up together and attack the innocent animal or whatever that was. That's what this is, right? They don't see right from wrong. They see a a dog attack and chase a cat. So, they got to go attack and chase that same cat. That's what this is right here. I don't care if you get offended. And I you know exactly what I'm talking about. And it's not all black folks. It's not all black folks.
There's some white people that operate this way as well, but we're talking about the black ones this time around.
Because this right here, defending a criminal, a murderer for no reason, just because he is black, you are no different than an animal. You are no different than an animal that chases a cat because he sees the other dog chasing the cat. That's exactly who you are. And that's what that's what these people are right here. And I mean, look at this behavior. um the judge as well in this case that it was not a case about race, but you cannot deny that just the facts of the case and what we've seen play out since then and what we're watch happening now is because the defendant is black, the victim is white, and >> look at that.
>> That's just look at this. What's the point of this? You're embarrassing yourself. You look like a fool. You're doing an African tribal dance right here. What is this? What's the point? What's the point?
>> WHAT'S HIS NAME?
>> WHAT'S HIS NAME?
>> What's his name?
>> What do we want? Justice where we want it. We want it. We want justice. We want it. What do we want? Justice.
CARMELO.
[screaming] >> I can only listen to that for so long.
Let's listen to this right here.
>> He broke that into cry.
>> He broke that into cry.
>> How do you know that?
>> He broke that. She was in there with him. She she'll be on camera. She broke down and cried.
>> So explain to me what the woman >> came back with the verdict. He broke down and he cried.
>> SOMBER. THAT FAMILY nurse is not good.
That boy's not good.
>> You've been in there. I done TALKED TO YOU BEFORE.
>> YOU'VE BEEN IN THERE. THAT BOY SMILE.
>> THAT BOY BROKE DOWN AND CRIED.
>> They done [ __ ] up this boy's life.
>> When you're out here and you see all these people, you've been here every day. I know when you hear that verdict read, um, I saw you break down to the ground. What's going through your heart?
What's going through your head right now?
>> Why do we why do we have to care anymore?
>> Why are we even here? To be honest, why are we why why are we here? What are we here for? Cuz if we take up for ourselves, we go to jail. If we don't, WE DIE. SO, IT'S A CATCH 22 in this situation. WHAT DO YOU WANT us to do?
>> That's right. What? WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO AT THIS POINT? WHAT? I I'M I'M LOST FOR WORD. I don't know what to do.
I GOT FIVE BOYS. I don't know what I ain't got nothing to TELL THEM NO MORE.
YOU CAN'T WALK AWAY no more.
>> You can't walk away.
>> That's actually what you tell them. You You're sitting up there saying you don't know what to tell them. That's what you tell them is to walk away, but you're saying they can't walk away. That's the reason that Pomelo was in the situation that he is in cuz he refused to walk away when they told him to leave the tent. His entitlement caused him to be in this situation. So, what you should tell your boys, and I feel sorry for these boys, if this is the woman that's raising them, if you're if you're teaching your boys something, you should teach them to walk away.
Self-control, emotional control.
Go to law enforcement. That's one thing y'all don't teach your kids is to go to authority. Respect authority. Respect the police. You don't teach them that either. But if Carmelo had known that and if he felt threatened like everybody else claimed that he would that he felt, the next best thing to do is go to law enforcement. Go to a coach, a teacher, somebody down the street. Even if he's from a different school, you think if he had went up to an adult or a coach that wasn't his coach that they would have just left him alone? No, they would have helped him. They would have helped him.
That's what you should That's what you should teach your sons, your five sons is to teach him to walk away. What do you mean you can't walk away anymore?
She acts like Carmelo Anthony was charged and convicted with a crime. Like wrongfully convicted of a crime, right?
Like like he didn't commit a crime. Like he was just some random Joe Blow that was just found on the street and charged with this crime. He wasn't wrongfully convicted. What are you talking about?
He could have walked away but chose not to. That's a shame. That's a shame. And that's his fault. Nobody else to blame but Carmelo Anthony in this situation.
>> Martin, let me ask you this right now. I I hear the frustration. Are you more angry or more sad as to what just happened? I'm angry and I'm hurt. I'm angry because he we you were in there. I was in there, too. Those witnesses were lying on him. You got the judge friends with the prosecutor. Let's start there.
The judge was falling asleep. Some juries was falling asleep and didn't even have a damn notepad. Y'all didn't take this [ __ ] serious.
>> All right.
>> Wow. Another lie. We're going to do we're going to go over all the lies that's being told, but that's another lie that the judge and the dad were friends. But let's continue here, man.
Hey, they found Carmelo Anthony um guilty. But what more do we expect? Are we surprised with the all white jewelry with all Neanderthalss on the stand with all devils on the stand? Hey, who's shocked? Who is surprised? Because he didn't stand a [ __ ] chance in the beginning. Why the [ __ ] did they have a [ __ ] um trial? Why they have a trial when their mind was already made up and they already buddy buddying together?
Man, these devils going to stick together just like black people need to stick together. Cuz at the end of the [ __ ] day, if if the [ __ ] had been the other way around, it would have been not guilty. Every time you look around a goddamn white person, they can always acting like he's self-defense.
But when it come down to us, it ain't no self self-defense. But that, hey, let's still stand behind him. No matter what, we still sticking behind him and his family. [ __ ] them [ __ ] >> You see that?
>> Hey, they found >> You see that? It's racial tribalism.
That's all that this is. No critical thinking at all. Anyway, let's keep going.
Look at that dumbass white girl. Had no business being out there. She don't know what the hell she out there for. Just out there virtual singling. Girl, go sit your ass down somewhere.
I forgot AND THE TWIN BROTHER WOULD HAVE BEEN with them. [ __ ] you saying >> they should have both been arrested.
>> Both should have been dead. The brother both brothers both should have been dead.
>> Both brothers.
>> Both brothers should be dead. Wow.
Incredible. These people are incredible.
Such friendly people.
That's not necessary.
>> Now, this clip I found to be absolutely interesting. I'll show you exactly why >> we got to tell our kids the truth that this is a racist ass.
>> We're going to tell them the truth.
>> Who don't GET STOP THAT COOL ASS [ __ ] DON'T NOBODY WANT TO HEAR about what we do to each other. We talking about what they doing to us.
>> YOU HEAR THAT?
>> WHITE FOLKS KILL WHITE FOLKS. DON'T TALK ABOUT WHAT WE do to each other. Talk about what white folks do to us. Right?
She called that cooning. She called it cooning.
When a black man, cuz those are the only people they would call coons. When a black man in the background is saying, "Hey, uh, we need to actually talk about what we do to our own community."
according to her as coning and we should instead talk about what the white man is doing to us which is actually part of the problem. She is part of the problem cuz she ignores the situations that actually cause black Americans the most harm which is other black Americans to focus more on what the white Americans are doing. And these people typically live in a community where it's ran by black people, by black Democrats to be specific, right? The police department and the police chiefs are black. The mayor is black. The city council is black. The school superintendent be black. The jury [laughter] when these black criminals go to trial, the jury usually is black. What are they complaining about? Well, they complain about the white man instead. Incredible.
And that's why nothing ever gets fixed ever. And it will never get fixed with attitude like this, with women like this. These are the same women that raise the thugs that destroy these communities, right? These are the same women. Incredible. Incredible, man. IT'S JUST FASCINATING. MASSES KILL MASS.
>> We ain't trying to get no cool [ __ ] today. GO HELP THEM WHITE FOLKS WITH THAT.
>> This This is a a a racist ass country.
We're in a racist ass state.
>> This is a racist ass court.
>> There ain't nothing else to talk about.
>> When has a a a white boy been before a all BLACK JURY? TELL US MEDIA.
>> Tell us white folks.
>> WHEN HAS A WHITE BOY BEEN BEFORE ALL BLACK JURY? NEVER.
>> HOW IS IT?
Is he okay? Cuz it's You know what?
Whatever the verdict is, he got justice because he got to go before a jury of six or 12 instead of being buried by six.
>> We got TO STAND UP ONE DAY.
>> We going to KEEP THAT'S RIGHT.
>> YOU KNOW WHAT? Let this be.
>> Exactly. Come on, sister.
>> Come on, sister. See, right.
>> This ain't no This is a war.
>> This is a war.
>> This is a war.
And it's been GOING ON.
>> THIS WHAT BEEN GOING ON. They never stop being racist.
>> Wow. Wow, man. I mean, I don't know what else to say. But here's the here's the irony, right? Look at this right here.
Now, you see that? You see the map of Africa right there? This says new Black Panther Party or whatever. But they got the map of Africa right here. Now, I find this very, very interesting because typically when I make videos like this, when I criticize black folks, when I criticize my community, I get called all types of stuff. And sometimes they would say, "Well, you're not even black.
You're not even from here. You're not even an FBA or whatever, right? Whatever the the term is. You're not even that.
Why should we take you serious? Why should we uh care about what you have to say?" Well, you got my map on your chest, so it's okay for you to represent where I'm from.
And basically, you're you're appropriating right here, right?
You're culturally appropriating right here. You're not from Africa. [laughter] If I'm not an FBA, you're not from Africa.
What's the difference that you're you're allowed to appropriate where I'm from?
But when I refer to myself as black, oh no, you're not you're not black enough, right? Your parents, your ancestors were never slaves in America. So therefore, you're not our type of black, right? But these people are black enough to wear the Africa map on their chest.
These people are hilarious, bro. These people are hilar. a matter of convenience on who is black or not.
That's a matter of convenience, right?
Because if they can use you to push their narrative, they'll they'll take you. For example, Barack Obama. Barack Barack Obama is not an FBA. He's half white and half Kenyon. But they love embracing Barack Obama like he's the second coming, right? That's the black messiah. He's the the new black Jesus, Barack Obama. They worship the ground he walks on.
But that's convenient because he's on their side, right? So he's he's black blacky black black all the way, right?
He put extra sugar in his Kool-Aid.
That's how black he is.
But see, for me, I'm not black. You're from Africa. You wasn't born here.
Hilarious. These people are absolutely hilarious. If if Barack Obama is black, so am I. Matter of fact, I'm more black than you are. I'm so black that I know exactly where I come from. That's how black I am. I know where my roots are, right? So, I'm more blacker than you, right? I have more connection to that Africa map that you got on your chest. I have more connection to that than you do. So, who's really more black if you want to play those games? I don't I don't play these identity politics. I don't I don't really dabble in that. I just like to call out the [ __ ] hypocrisy from these people. But anyway, uh, listen to this guy real quick.
>> I'mma go ahead and say the [ __ ] that y'all had to say about this verdict today. The reason why Austin felt so comfortable putting his hand on Carmelo, even though Carmelo has set a boundary, is because white people still see us as their property. Oh yeah. Even though we not in slavery, they still look at us as their property. Honey, the fact that we even want to set up a boundary to them, that's us having audacity for trying to have bodily autonomy. And we already know.
>> Hold up. Hold up, brother. You're saying a lot right there, boy. These zesty dudes love to talk fast. But listen, the boundary was set for Carmelo when he was told to leave the tent. So the audacity is the fact that Carmemelllo Anthony felt like he could be in a tent when he wasn't welcome welcomed. After being told to leave, he felt entitled to be under that tent after they created a boundary that he crossed.
What is this guy talking about?
What are these people talking about?
>> Asians are curious creatures. So, they're going to test the limits.
They're going to poke the bear. They're going to push the button and they're going to cross the line every damn time.
And it's always going to start off small as a little microaggression like mispronouncing your name, not calling you by your title, then all of a sudden it starts to get physical. And even though they put their hands on us first, even though they pressed our buttons first, we will always be seen as the aggressor. We will always be the villain, not the victim. Cuz let me tell you why. Because being black and existing is a form of resistance to these white supremacists. Every system that they set in place was meant for us to fail, but yet we have prevailed. We still find joy.
>> Not committing a crime. What system you talking about? The penal code that says don't murder. So that's a setup for you to fail. So are you inherently violent?
Is that what you're saying? What are you talking about? The system of law and order is designed for black people to fail. What you saying? That black people don't know how to follow rules that we're inherently violent and and and we're going to murder somebody. So therefore, these laws being set up is is is for us to u to fail at. Is that what you're saying? These people never listen to themselves. Man, >> even though we're faced with injustice, we still find hope when things are hopeless. Let me say this in closing to any Caucasians watching this. like a bow. I don't care how far you try to pull us back and back and back. The kinetic energy in the black community will always propel us forward.
[gasps] Yeah. Hilarious. So, this is what I got to say, right? There's two groups of people that are defending Carmelo Anthony. I'm I'mma simplify it.
I made a video on my Facebook or Tik Tok earlier simplifying it. So, I'm going to do it on here for you guys. There's two sides. There's two people, two groups of people. You have one side that are the racially biased, right? Basically, meaning that it doesn't matter what anybody does, as long as they're black, they're going to defend them, right?
They could be a murderer, they could be a a rapist, they could be a mass shooter, a drug dealer, whatever, right?
a a terrorist in the community. Doesn't matter. He's black. I'm going to defend him. Right? You got those people. Those are those are what what you call just the ignorant blacks, right? The racist blacks because they claim that they're they're doing this that they have their racial bias because white people have a racial bias. Well, that's true. We know that white people also have a racial bias as well. But you're not different from them. There's people that are white that have racial biases for no reason that are that are just racial tribalism.
There's black people that have racial tribalism. You are one and the same.
There's absolutely nothing different about you guys because you clearly can't see truth objectively.
You only see truth in the lens of your race. So there's nothing different between a white racist, a white white supremacist and a black black supremacist. It's absolutely nothing different. So that's one side, right?
Just they're just ignorant and racist.
Carmelo Anthony just didn't do anything wrong because he's black. And on the other side, you have the black people that I actually feel sorry for. And these black people are the black people that are brainwashed by the race hustlers by by the likes of Dominique Alexander and and all of these internet lawyers, right? all these in attorneys that basically told lie after lie after lie to justify Carmelo Anony's murder. And every single thing that these people said was a lie. Carmelo Anthony being jumped. Four people beating up on Carmelo. Carmelo Anthony being choked out. Carmelo Anthony only had a clay sharpener. Carmelo Anthony has been bullied by these guys. They used to know these guys, right? All these things, they were all lies. Every single one of them, including when the trial started, it is a all white jury. That's a lie. Uh they said that the defense attorney was courtapp appointed. Also a lie. They hired the guy. They hired him.
So you have black folks that were lied to in order to push a racial narrative by these race hustlers so they could get rich off of Carmelo Anthony and the dead body of Austin Mechaf. And of course, the ignorance of some black folks who don't do simple research, who don't read testimonies, who don't pull up transcripts. They listen to Dominique Alexander and Al Sharpton, Tariq Nasheed, and all these people that literally said that they blatantly lied and convinced black people to a point where they almost donated a million dollars to a criminal.
So, those are the sides you have. And then the third side is people like me and and and other white folks as well.
That includes Asians and Indians and everybody else that does not have a racial tribalism that don't see everything through the lens of their race. That look at evidence objectively that wait for the truth to come out before they form an opinion. That don't care if somebody is black or white. We just hold you accountable based on your actions. You have that side that's that sees the truth for what it really is, which is this kid murdered this kid for no reason. He should face consequences and he go to prison. As simple as that.
But you have the racist black folks that are defending Carmelo because he's black. And then you have the ignorant black folks, the uneducated, some that are educated that just don't pick up a freaking article or testimony transcript that don't read, that get brainwashed by the media and they run with whatever they hear because it gives them the confirmation that they're looking for. So they don't look for anything else.
See, people like me, we're very reasonable. If there's evidence of Carmelo Anthony defending himself, if there was evidence of Carmelo Anthony getting beat up, hey man, Carmelo Anthony had to defend himself. He should be let go free. It doesn't matter what race he is or not.
It's it it's open and shut. But there has yet to be any evidence of Carmelo Anthony defending himself, whether it be testimonies or Carmelo Anony's testimony, which doesn't exist.
If you are on the hook for murder and you are jumped and beat up and bullied, I would any normal person would want to state their case on the stand. I am going on that stand and let everybody know. Listen, I was scared. I was scared. You know, the prosecution might not believe it, but listen, these they were beating up on me. I was being choked out. I had no other option.
That's what a normal person would do if that was the truth.
So, not only does his defense attorney not believe that they had a good defense from Carmelo Anthony, I guess Carmelo Anthony didn't believe it either, cuz he can dictate if he wants to testify for himself or not. Now, here's the other [ __ ] things that people have said.
Why didn't Hunter Why didn't Hunter take the stand? What is he hiding? I don't know. asked the defense attorney. Why did the defense attorney not call Hunter to the witness stand? He had every right to do so. The if the prosecution don't need Hunter to prosecute Carmelo Anthony, they don't have to call him up.
And clearly they didn't need him because they got the prosecution without it. But if the defense is saying that Hunter was involved, Hun or or I mean I guess the defense is not saying it because they would have brought him on the stand. If everybody on the internet is saying that, well, Hunter was involved, Hunter was uh also jumping him, Hunter was holding him down, they were punching on him, blas blas, right? All of these all these lies that they were telling about Hunter. If that was the truth, why did the defense attorney not call him up?
That is easy slam dunk defense testimony.
If you had the brother that was involved in jumping uh jumping Carmelo, then the defense attorney would have put him on the stand and said as as clear as day, did you put your hands on Carmelo Anthony? Did you and your brother jump Carmelo Anthony? That is an easy question for the defense, but they didn't ask it. Why? Why not? Well, maybe because he wasn't jumped. Maybe because he wasn't defending himself. Maybe he acted irrationally.
He overreacted.
He thought he had the one up on them.
And these people believed it. So, like I said, you have two sides or you have three sides. You have the dumb racist blacks. You have the ignorant uh blacks that that don't do research that just fall for everything that they see on the internet. And then you have objectively unbiased individuals like myself and everybody else that sees the truth for what it is. Now, here's one pattern that I also recognized as well. And I'll close this out with with by saying this here. I've noticed a pattern and it seems like the same people that were defending Charlie Kirk being assassinated, Donald Trump being shot at, and now Austin Medaf, right? These are the same people that defend all these things happening. These are the same people that are defending Carmelo Anthony. The same people. I've noticed it. I've seen the pattern. I see the I see your posts. [snorts] I've seen them all and y'all are one and the same.
So, this tells me it's not a race issue.
It's a good versus evil issue. It's a right versus wrong.
It's critical thinkers versus bots, NPCs that get information downloaded to them based on what's on the internet.
It's really simple. It is that simple.
And that's where we are right now. So once again, justice has prevailed.
Carmemelllo Anthony is going to prison.
He should have never killed Austin Medaf. And I hope Austin Medaf's family finds the peace and comfort that they can. This is the last time I'm talking about this. Unless there's an appeal, I hope nothing happens. So, I'm not going to lie to you. I want this to be the last time, the last video I make about Carmelo Anthony. I'm sick of this story. I'm so glad it's over. I'm glad that Austin Maz family got the justice that they're looking for. And let bygones be bygones. I'll see you guys on the next video. Let me know what you think about what I said. Let's talk about in the comment section. Like it, of course. Subscribe if you're brand new. And I'll see you guys on the next one. Peace.
