Traditional rulers key to unlocking investment directly into local communities

[00:00:00]The initiative championed by the president of world 11 Africa and founder of the traditional relays festival Richard Katisanaki is designed to reposition African heritage as a strategic tool for diplomacy investment attraction and cultural preservation. He argues that traditional leadership remains central to national development particularly in unlocking regional resources and channeling investment directly into local communities. The event traditional release festival is basically to establish engagement between the um the diplomatic um missions, the government and as well as investors and um art enthusiasts and then also to um enhance the preservation of our culture in the on the global stage.

You know when we are talking about tourism, you cannot talk about tourism without talking about traditional custodians and then the regalas and then the traditional um leadership and what they bring into our economy.

Now if technology starts from Africa that means our culture our tradition is number one but sometimes be because we don't talk about our culture we don't promote our our traditional rulers we don't promote our queen mothers don't promote our elders our food our our art then we are waiting expecting the westerners to talk about us Today's events brought out the creativity from the um from the arts industry.
